This is a tax savings program for property owners who are 65 years of age or older, or property owners who are permanently and totally disabled. Late applicants must have a 2021 Ohio modified adjusted gross income (Ohio Tax Return Adjusted Gross Income Line 3 PLUS Ohio Schedule A Line 11) of $34,600 or less for the tax year 2022 payable 2023. New applicants must have a 2022 Ohio modified adjusted gross income of $36,100 or less for the tax year 2023 payable in 2024.
An original application is required for this program and the home must be the applicant’s primary residence. The property owners will be notified of acceptance into the program.
